Chef Dan Ramos shared his GreenMarket Slaw and BBQ Meatball recipes from Saturday's Super Bowl Chef Showcase: GreenMarket Slaw 1/2 head cabbage - Jerry's Here 1/2 bunch kale - Jerry's Here 1 yellow pepper - SW Produce 4 stalks celery - Swank Produce 1 watermelon radish - Lox Farms 3 organic carrots - Gratitude Garden Farm Organic Olive Oil - Bistro Blends Fabulously French Sauce - Smart Girl Jalapeno Sea Salt to taste - AB's Gourmet Chop cabbage, kale, yellow pepper, celery, watermelon radish and carrots; add 3 to 4 oz. of Fabulously French Sauce and drizzle with a little olive oil; add salt to taste; mix well. BBQ Meatballs 2 dz. organic chicken meatballs - Red Splendor 1 jar Carolina BBQ sauce - Pit Bull BBQ Naan bread - Nisha's Flavors of India Saute' chicken meatballs in organic olive oil; add Pit Bull Carolina Sauce and cook until the sauce is warm and the meatballs are coated. Serve with slices of Naan bread and the GreenMarket Slaw.
