ATTN FPU NORTHWEST TERRITORY CUSTOMERS: If you suffered extensive electric damage as a result of Hurricane Michael, FPU now has a new Emergency Temporary Payment Plan Program to assist you in restoring your electric service. * This program provides an interest-free payment plan to residential customers whose power cannot be reconnected as a result of damage to customer-owned electric equipment. * FPU will advance up to $1,500 for a licensed and bonded electrician’s materials and labor. FPU will then bill you over a 12-month period for amount paid to electrician for services, plus a $20 administrative fee. * Don’t wait – you only have until January 5th to apply. November 5, 2018- 9:00 am - Attention Florida Public Utilities Northwest Territory Customers: Power restoration efforts have been completed for the bulk of our customers that are able to accept electric service. Our Marianna office will reopen to customers on Monday, November 5th at 9:00 A.M. November 4, 2018- 3:40 pm ATTENTION ALL FPU NORTHWEST TERRITORY CUSTOMERS The bulk of our customers had their power restored following the monumental task of rebuilding our distribution system. FPU recognizes that many of its customers remain without power, many of whom have completed repairs to their property and are now capable of accepting service. We still have numerous crews focusing tirelessly to restore service to those who have completed repairs to their property as well as those customers who have been without electric service as we recover from the devastating effects of Hurricane Michael. November 3, 2018- 4:20 pm ATTENTION ALL FPU NORTHWEST TERRITORY CUSTOMERS The bulk of our customers had their power restored following the monumental task of rebuilding our distribution system. FPU recognizes that many of its customers remain without power, many of whom have completed repairs to their property and are now capable of accepting service. More than 200 crews are focusing tirelessly to restore service to those who have completed repairs to their property as well as those customers who have been without electric service as we recover from the devastating effects of Hurricane Michael.

[November 1, 2018- 1:30 pm] ATTENTION ALL FPU NORTHWEST TERRITORY CUSTOMERS: Total FPUC Customers Restored: 10,961 Electric service has been restored to 98% of all customers capable of accepting power. If you are still experiencing a power outage, or notice that your neighbors have power and you do not, we urge you to call us at 800-427-7712. 250 crews have been assigned and are dedicated to assessing damages to individual properties to establish corrective measures essential to re-establish your power. Service has been restored to all hospitals and special needs facilities. All schools are now reopened. Power has been restored to all Town Halls and election polling stations. Note: FEMA distribution center is operational daily in Greenwood from 7am to 3pm.
