A great testimonial from the Gulf Coast Middle School in Spring Hill, FL. Used for a Multimedia Room. "We are very pleased with our MBMI steel classroom building! The new 70' x 100' classroom building includes a science laboratory, 28 station computer lab, five traditional classrooms, a large common space, office space and a media room. The building has already seen a category 1 hurricane (Irma) and thankfully sustained no damage. The large spaces and the high ceilings make an excellent educational environment. We do have plans to build a second, slightly larger building next year." -- Joseph A. Gatti Director of Curriculum and Instruction Gulf Coast Academy of Science & Technology Gulf Coast Middle School.
Brand new build out of office space attached to a large warehouse. There is R-40 roof insulation and R-30 wall insulation installed in this section of the building. Walls will be finished with sheet rock and there will be a drop ceiling hung from the roof framing. HVAC and sprinklers systems are also being installed. Just one of the many uses of our buildings.
Another view of the Camp Kalie pavilion in Wurtsboro, NY. This roof system is open on 3 walls with roof overhangs for extra shade and protection from rain and snow. This is a great example of how a couple of skylights can really brighten up a space. From this view, one can see the framing for supporting the gable sheeting on the end of the building.
