This year our roundtable will be held in the Board Room of the Chamber of Commerce. Professionals within all aspects of real estate are welcome to attend this quarterly program. Speakers will include realtors, builders, project owners and more. Bring your “haves” and “wants” to share with the group!
9:00-9:30am: “Property Appraiser Update” – Hear an update for both residential and commercial values as well as updates on sales and market for condos.
9:30-10:00: Charles Esposito/JK Closings will cover all you need to about the current condo laws.
10:00-10:30: “Quick Market Review” – Updates for both residential and commercial market.
10:30-11:00: Introductions and “Haves & Wants” in their current markets.
