Many have come since the Delray Beach Playhouse first opened its doors 69 years ago. Today, the Playhouse is stronger and more exciting than ever, boasting thousands of members, hundreds of actors and volunteers bringing live theatre for all ages.

Meet Amy Marie Smith! Amy Marie Smith is Mitzi in Agatha Christie’s “A Murder is Announced.” You might have seen her in “It’s a Wonderful Life: A Radio Play,” Rodgers & Hammerstein’s “Cinderella,” Rodgers & Hammerstein’s “OKLAHOMA!,” “Beauty and the Beast” and “The Music Man.

Meet Sarah Rayburn! Sarah Rayburn is Phillipa Haymes in Agatha Christie’s “A Murder is Announced.” Sarah is a recent Theatre graduate of Palm Beach State University. She has done various shows with Fantasy Theatre Factory, is a Improv member of A.L.I.C.E and cast member of The Florida Renaissance Festival. She is a working Actress and Theatre Technician. In Sarah’s free time, she enjoys catching up on sleep and balancing her life after college! Sarah has enjoyed watching this show come together in a little over a month.

Meet Lexi Hinton! Lexi Hinton is Julia in Agatha Christie’s “A Murder is Announced.” Lexi has been acting since elementary school and her most recent role was in “Almost, Maine.” She is a current high school Senior at G-Star School of the Arts. Interesting fact about Lexi is she enjoys ice skating in her free time and has an elephant tattoo! Lexi Hinton is extremely excited to be working with this cast and making her Delray Beach Playhouse debut!

Meet Kyle Glenum! Kyle Glenum is Patrick Simmons in Agatha Christie’s “A Murder is Announced.” From William Shakespeare to Agatha Christie, Kyle is once again happy to perform the work of a master storyteller. Kyle is a recent graduate of Palm Beach State University and Palm Beach Shakespeare Festival! He currently works as a Valet Runner at The Breakers. In his free time, Kyle enjoys watching terrible movies with his friends. During this rehearsal process, Kyle found it most interesting to watch his fellow cast mates strike a balance between their characters and the realities of their situations.
