The Young Professionals Association of Delray (YPAD) connects ambitious locals ages 21–45 through a dynamic year-round program within Delray Chamber focused on meaningful connections, professional growth, and community engagement.

YPAD features a curated mix of events, including lively happy hour networking opportunities, an annual networking breakfast, signature social experiences such as our Masquerade Ball in October, and philanthropy-driven events that give back to the community. Each gathering is designed to bring young professionals together in an approachable, engaging setting—whether you’re expanding your network, supporting local businesses, or connecting with like-minded peers.

Get dressed up and join YPAD for the 3rd Annual Masquerade Ball at Aloft Delray Beach, presented in partnership with Delray Buick GMC as part of Do Good Delray. Young professionals ages 21–45 are invited to enjoy an elevated evening of networking, dancing, DJ entertainment, curated tapas, two complimentary drinks, photo booth experiences and plenty of opportunities to make new connections. Formal attire and masks are encouraged, and proceeds benefit STARTpbc, supporting young adults ages 18–26 through life coaching and mentorship. Tickets are $65 per person or $100 for two.
