The Greater Delray Beach Chamber of Commerce is comprised of more than 800 businesses and professional firms working together to make Delray Beach a great Community. For nine decades, the Chamber has served as the hub of business where stakeholders intersect with government, technology, health care, education, economic development, tourism, arts, culture and non-profit interests. The Chamber’s long-time business owners coupled with new up and coming entrepreneurs create a vibrant business landscape.

Partner of the City
- City Liaison sits on the Chamber Board
- Participated in Diversity Study – provided Chamber businesses to participate as well
- Participated in Congress Avenue Task Force – provided Chamber businesses to participate as well
- Convening Auto Dealership roundtable to align with City’s Workforce Development goals
- DCEF – affiliated non-profit that raises money for our public schools
- Met remotely with City staff and partners (DDA, CRA) on a daily basis during the first two months of the COVID crisis
- First Friday Forum – City Staff and partners share updates each month
- Re-instituted quarterly Partners Meeting with staff from Chamber, City, CRA, DDA to align messaging, coordinate and inform each other
- Invited to participate in interview process for key City positions
- Tourism Master Plan – 18 months of weekly meetings with City and DDA staff
- We amplify the City’s messaging on all of our channels – GO Bond, Parking plan, special events
- Highlight City’s major events on Delray Morning Live, filming on site
- Host Leadership Delray annually – going behind the scenes and educating future leaders on how the City works – half the class is City Staff, Police and Fire
- Commissioners and staff participate in Chamber events, Grand Openings – Installation Lunch, Legislative Lunch, Education Breakfast, Membership Breakfasts
