From this embodied presence we will move in and out of exploring sweet, short moments of intimacy and connection to ourselves to weaving in and out of our larger communal body, creating an ecstatic experience.Our dance doesn’t have choreography or steps to learn so there’s no way to do it wrong. Our Dance is a free form movement practice that is done with intention. The dance will begin slow, and build up to peak intensity and then come back down into stillness.
