A workshop supporting your transition into summer through mind and body. Learn and experience Ayurvedic Nutrition and Lifestyle practices with Sarah to stay cool, calm, and healthy in the summer months. After this informative session, Avital will lead participants through a guided movement and dance session, utilizing mindfulness and somatic principles to help embody the lessons learned. This workshop aims to give participants valuable tools to take into their self-care practice and daily lives as they move through this season.

Avital Kranz, Certified Dance/Movement Therapist Avital is a certified Dance/Movement Therapist, a type of Expressive Arts Emotional Therapy. She leads Mindful Movement groups, applying theories of movement language and healing modalities from the therapy world. Her sessions aim to support the body-mind-soul connection, by helping participants deepen their movement awareness through verbal guidance cues accompanied by a music playlist. Participants will have the opportunity to explore, expand, play, dance, breathe, and give meaning to their movement. 

Sarah Schiff, Certified Ayurvedic Practitioner Sarah is an experienced Ayurvedic Practitioner devoted to living and empowering others to reclaim their health through Ayurveda. Sarah loves connecting the ancient practice of Ayurveda to today’s world. Helping her patients to not only heal and balance themselves, but to deeply understand their body & souls using Ayurveda as the catalyst.
