STARTpbc empowers young adults in Palm Beach County—especially those who have aged out of foster care, experienced homelessness, or lack family support—by providing access to education, mentorship, workforce development, and life skills training. We are dedicated to helping individuals ages 18–26 build self-sufficiency, sustain meaningful employment, and create stable, fulfilling futures. Through community partnerships, targeted resources, and compassionate guidance, we transform barriers into opportunities and ensure every young person has the tools, network, and confidence to thrive.
