The Young Professionals Association of Delray (YPAD) connects ambitious locals ages 21–39 through a dynamic year-round program within Delray Chamber focused on meaningful connections, professional growth, and community engagement.

YPAD features a curated mix of events, including lively happy hour networking opportunities, an annual networking breakfast, signature social experiences such as our Masquerade Ball in October, and philanthropy-driven events that give back to the community. Plus, our first-ever Health & Wellness Night happening January 28. Each gathering is designed to bring young professionals together in an approachable, engaging setting—whether you’re expanding your network, supporting local businesses, or connecting with like-minded peers.
