Your Chamber at Work
Happy New Year! As we step into 2026, we’re sharing a few recent moments from December that reflect the Delray Beach Chamber of Commerce’s continued focus on leadership, workforce development, and meaningful community connection.
Advancing Workforce Innovation in Palm Beach County
In December, we joined our partners at CareerSource Palm Beach County as they welcomed Deputy Secretary of Labor Keith Sonderling and Troy Selberg, Director of Workforce Initiatives at the U.S. Department of Labor, to their offices.
The discussion reinforced the importance of strong collaboration between federal, state, and local partners to support business growth and connect residents with meaningful career opportunities. Engagement at this level highlights why workforce development remains essential to a strong and resilient local economy.
CityLead: Connecting Leaders Who Shape Our Community
The Delray Beach Chamber continues to proudly host a table at CityLead every other month. CityLead is a networking luncheon that brings together community leaders from across industries to connect, grow, and gain practical insights that strengthen leadership and inspire positive change.
Through thoughtful conversation and shared learning, CityLead promotes integrity, collaboration, and people-first leadership—creating lasting impact across our community.

Celebrating Education, Achievement & Community
We were also honored to attend the 42nd Annual Luncheon hosted by the Palm Beach County School District Adult and Community Education program in December. The event brought together educators, partners, and community leaders to celebrate the season, recognize outstanding award recipients, and reflect on the value of lifelong learning.
It was a joyful day of connection and celebration—highlighting the people and programs that continue to strengthen our community.
