Akira Back New Year's Eve Special Omakase Menu

Close 2022 in style at Akira Back Delray. Michelin-star Chef
Akira Back has created a special six course, Omakase prix-fixe menu to
tantalize your taste buds, featuring the finest ingredients from Oscietra
Caviar to freshly shaved White Alba Truffles to A5 Wagyu Beef. There will be
two sittings, 5:00pm to 8:00pm and 8:00pm to 11:00pm with last reservations
being taken at 9.30pm. The late sitting includes general admission tickets to
Rosewater Rooftop to ring in the new year with a champagne toast at Midnight.
