Ember Grill Four Course New Year's Eve Menu

Kick off your new year’s celebration with a succulent 4
course prix fixe festive menu from Executive Chef, Vic Casanova. Using only the
finest ingredients, this menu is sure to delight. There will be two sittings,
5:00pm to 8:00pm and 8:00pm to 11:00pm with last reservations being taken at
9.30pm. The late sitting includes general admission tickets to Rosewater
Rooftop to ring in the new year with a champagne toast at Midnight.
